Articles

Super Olympus aims to stand out by presenting a completely positive online experience. An oasis from the doom scrolling and negativity which can appear across the internet and social media.

This means that all written word submissions, whether short articles or in-depth essays, should showcase our core values of Positivity, Hope and Celebrating the things you love.

Want to write a bitter screed about how much you hated Season 8 of *insert show here*? …this isn’t the place for you.

Super Olympus is a platform for anyone with a passion they want to communicate with the world, and you don’t need an English degree to submit. So if you have a great idea for a piece, but aren’t confident about how to get it down on paper, contact us and let us know. We’ll help give your enthusiasm the audience it deserves.

Artwork

We aim to fill Super Olympus’ digital halls with a wide range of amazing artwork. We’re not currently using an NSFW filter option, so - for the time being - please only submit art that can be seen by all eyes, at all times.

Original content

All content displayed on the site is attributed to its original creators and linked with social handles; websites; and contact, store and commission details where possible. Plagiarism will not be accepted, and content will be removed from the site if we find that work has been submitted by someone passing off another creator’s work as their own.

Our site, your content:

Super Olympus is our platform, but all content we display, share and promote belongs to its creators. We want to help build the community we’re a proud part of. Doing that means embracing and supporting creators and their original content. So while we hope to get as many people to see and share your creativity as possible, if you ever want something removed from our platform, just let us know and we’ll happily oblige.

Please ensure artwork files sent directly are either JPEG or PNG.

You can also send images to us via social media (to be posted on our social channels, or to be posted on SuperOlympus.com). Either @ us or DM us @SuperOlympus on X/Twitter, Instagram, etc, or via our Discord.

Articles:

Please take a look at our Articles Guideline, to help you get your work ready for publishing on Super Olympus.

When submitting content to be displayed on Super Olympus, please make sure to provide articles in an easily accessible (copy & paste format). Such as an Office document, PDF, the basic text via email, etc.

Ensure artwork files are either JPEG or PNG (or .gif if you are including a GIF)

If you’re unsure about the best way to send us your content to post, just let us know and we’ll work with you.

Crediting:

Make sure to include the information that you’d like us to provide when crediting you and featuring your work. Common examples include:

Social media handles, website URLs, online stores and contact details for commissions.

We’ll use at least one detail provided to credit your work and ensure it links directly to you. Where we have more space (like “Featured” posts or on article pages), we’ll use as many details as possible to connect people to you and your work. Providing a Linktree or Bio site may also help with this.
